On-Site Defleet Readiness Inspections

Review of Manufacturer PDI:

We examine the original Pre-Delivery Inspection to identify areas that may need revisiting before disposal, resale or return.

Visual Condition Check:

Paint imperfections, scratches, dents, trim damage, wear and tear beyond acceptable thresholds.

Functional Testing:

Electrical Systems, mechanical components and safety features.

Custom Modifications & Installations:

Our team completes additional checks to ensure those modifications remain safe, secure and up to specification.

Road Test:

To identify any performance issues. Includes braking, handling, acceleration and ride quality.

Documentation & Reporting:

A full report is shared via our secure production portal for ease of tracking, handover and audit.

Once inspections are complete, we can carry out the necessary work to return the vehicle to the right condition for resale, auction, reallocation or scrappage. Our in-house capabilities include:
