Built for fleet operations working across road, site and rough terrain, the Ford Ranger Wildtrak Plug-in Hybrid (PHEV) is a practical step towards electrification. Run electric where it works, rely on hybrid where it matters. No compromise on capability. 

With up to 27 miles (43.5 km) of all-electric driving, it handles a meaningful share of urban mileage while reducing emissions and running costs. Well suited to specialist roles, and with superb towing capacity, it supports site supervisors, utilities and infrastructure teams operating beyond the road network. Options such as crane or service body configurations add function without undermining core performance.

The Ford Ranger Plug-in Hybrid retains the full 3,500 kg towing capacity expected of the platform, with increased torque delivery from the hybrid system improving low-speed control and load handling. For fleets already relying on Ranger, that means no step back in capability.

On the road, it’s equally composed. Improved adaptive cruise control and refined drive characteristics make it well suited to longer journeys between sites, helping reduce driver fatigue across a working day. It’s a vehicle that transitions easily between environments, without asking fleets to rethink how they operate.
